With a growing team and a move into a larger tenancy, we set out to design one space that works twice as hard: a comfortable office for 10–13 people (with room to grow) and a live showroom that introduces clients to our approach. The footprint and timeline were tight, so planning focused on clear circulation and natural flow. We wanted an open, welcoming experience throughout and a strong arrival moment that delivers instant impact for visitors.

To protect pace, we engaged suppliers early around the compressed programme and tapped their technical advice to derisk decisions. Inside the studio we challenged assumptions, looking at every element with fresh eyes so the footprint worked harder and the design a testament to what we could achieve as a studio. We modelled and resolved key details in 3D to cut drawing time and coordinate trades. The result was an agile process that let us push the concept further without compromising buildability.

The showroom-meets-office supports focused work, quick collaboration and confident client presentations. Visitors get that wow on arrival; the team gets a place they’re proud of, with a layout that’s intuitive today and flexible for tomorrow. It’s a balanced expression of form and function that shows how our creativity and craft come together in practice.
“This new space has energised our team. It is the perfect balance of form and function, a true representation of what our creativity and craftsmanship can accomplish.“
