Ray White

Ray White Wanakas new office occupies the entire ground floor and requires a clear separation between public-facing and team areas. The right-hand side would welcome clients with a reception, meeting rooms, and a best-in-class auction room that leaves a strong first impression. The left-hand side would be a productive base for staff, with workstations, hot desks, extra meeting rooms and private offices. The interior needed to feel modern and confident while staying on budget and integrating Ray White brand elements organically.

We began with a thorough review of the base plans, testing layouts that separate public and staff flows while keeping wayfinding simple. We positioned reception, meeting suites and the auction room to the right, and concentrated the workspace to the left to minimise cross traffic. Hot desking supports a dynamic team rhythm and maximises seats within the footprint. We kept the aesthetic intentionally minimal and modern directing investment to acoustics, lighting and built-in joinery where it matters most, with brand cues integrated for clarity rather than decoration.

The tenancy meets every requirement and has been well-received by the team and their clients. The auction room delivers a confident, memorable experience; public and staff zones are clearly defined yet connected, ensuring the office operates smoothly on busy days. Workstations, hot desks and meeting rooms balance focus and collaboration, and branded touchpoints feel purposeful. The outcome is a functional, elegant workplace that presents the Ray White Wanaka brand at its best, while supporting daily operations seamlessly.
