Ulti Group is a New Zealand-owned family business known for innovative industrial door and dock systems. Their Auckland head office is both a workplace and a client-facing environment, so the space needed to reflect the professionalism associated with their brand and offering. The project focused on the boardroom and adjoining back-of-house areas, with a brief to create a warm, confident first impression, enhance the boardroom for meetings and events, improve functionality, and subtly embody the company’s values of safety, innovation and growth.

Guided by Ulti Group’s bold green palette—symbolic of their values—we developed a restrained design language that balances clean industrial lines with contemporary comfort. Durable, tactile finishes and well-made furnishings keep the space grounded and practical. We simplified the flow between the boardroom and support areas and integrated technology and lighting, so the room can move easily from everyday meetings to hosting client presentations.
The outcome is refined, functional and unmistakably on brand. A custom boardroom table forms the centrepiece: locally crafted and purpose-built, it anchors the room and expresses the company’s identity. Across the boardroom and back of house, the environment now supports collaboration, welcomes clients with confidence, and aligns seamlessly with Ulti Group’s core values, delivering a space both the client and our team are proud of.
