We planned a two-stage delivery to keep the business moving, sequencing works around a short operational pause. Close coordination with contractors and clear weekly communication ensured that decisions were made promptly and the programme remained on schedule. We applied our integrated design and build model to protect budget and schedule, pairing pragmatic upgrades to lighting and air with new workstations, meeting furniture and considered finishes. Attention to detail ensured every element supported a simple, cohesive aesthetic aligned to the brand.
