A full facelift

We worked with Reece Plumbing on the refurbishment of their existing first-floor office space in Cook Street, Auckland. Our scope of work consisted of the design and furniture layout, colour consultancy and specification, the strip out of ceilings and walls, a ceiling upgrade, lighting, new floor finishes, painting, supply & installation of joinery, and furniture installation.

Budget: Finishing the project within budget was a big factor for the client.

We were able to provide Reece Plumbing with a very accurate costing breakdown, and the project was completed within budget.

Complete project management: As the client was based in Australia and unable to travel, they were looking for a complete end-to-end project management service.

We managed the project from site establishment to handover, and kept the client updated with regular progress reports. The project was completed on time and to a very high standard.
