The challenge

Ray White is a leading real estate broking company and one of New Zealand’s top firms. Their extensive client base and high standards of service have established them as a leader in the industry.

Zoosh Studio was approached by Ray White Wanaka to design their new workspace in Wanaka to align with their specific needs.

The new Ray White Wanaka office spans 270 sqm, occupying the entire ground floor. This space was divided into two distinct sections to facilitate their operations. The right side includes auction rooms, meeting rooms, and a reception area, while the left side is dedicated to employees, featuring workstations with hot desks, additional meeting rooms, and other offices.

The approach

Our experienced team started by thoroughly reviewing the architectural plans. We focused on creating two distinct areas: a public dealing area on the right side, and a workspace for employees on the left. Embracing the hot desk concept, we catered to Ray White Wanaka’s dynamic work environment. Through brainstorming and prioritising functionality, we delivered a minimalistic yet modern interior design that optimised the budget.

The result

The new Ray White Wanaka workspace successfully met all the client’s requirements and was well-received by both the client and their visitors.

The functional, elegant branded office space achieved the desired separation between public and employee areas. The impressive auction room and the practical, aesthetically pleasing workspace reflected Ray White Wanaka’s high standards and supported their daily operations seamlessly.
