The design stage
The design stage is crucial, as it sets the foundation for the entire project. At this stage, we work closely with our clients to ensure we fully understand their needs and vision for the space. Our team considers the purpose of the space, the people who will use it, and any specific requirements to create a functional and aesthetically pleasing design.
We use the latest design software and tools to create accurate plans, elevations, and 3D renders. This allows clients to visualise the result and make adjustments before moving forward. Communication is key during this stage, and we encourage feedback throughout the process.
Once the design is finalised, we provide a detailed quotation and a draft schedule of finishes, fixtures, and equipment. Our clients receive a fixed-price quote — no hidden costs, no surprises.
The build stage
The build stage is where the vision becomes reality. A dedicated project manager oversees every part of the process, coordinating trusted contractors who maintain the highest standards in their trades.
The length of the build stage varies depending on the complexity and size of the project. On average, it can take between 8–12 weeks. During this time, four key stages are completed:
Final design and documentation — obtain consents and approvals.
Planning and scheduling — confirm suppliers, contractors, program, and health and safety requirements.
Construction — work begins; clients are invited to pre-start meetings and receive regular updates.
Completion and handover — final clean, walkthrough inspection, and rectification of any defects.
With careful management and a disciplined process, projects are delivered efficiently and with precision.
Post-project support
At Zoosh, our commitment doesn’t end at handover. We offer ongoing support and maintenance services to ensure your space continues to perform. This may include routine maintenance, repairs, servicing, or upgrades.
We also integrate sustainability into our approach, helping clients reduce their environmental footprint and operating costs through efficient design, materials, and systems.
The design and build process is complex and requires expertise across multiple areas. At Zoosh, we bring together design, construction, and ongoing support in one integrated process. From initial concept to final fit-out, our team is committed to delivering quality, certainty, and service at every stage.
